Global Lead Manager (f/m/d)

As a Global Lead Manager (f/m/d) at the RHENUS Group, you will be part of a centralized department that is responsible for coordinating and monitoring our lead processes on a global level. In addition to the day-to-day business, your tasks will include the co-design and further development of structures and processes in the Global Lead Management area. Experience in project management, organizational and communication skills in at least German and English are important qualifications for this position.

What you can expect

• You are responsible for the execution of the global MVP process for the defined stages and take care of the generation of qualitative input from the daily business for the correct interpretation of the KPIs.
• In addition, your tasks will include exchange with the Process Owner and the BU's Global Lead Managers with the aim of identifying measures to optimize the process and increase the number of leads and closing rates.
• You will also act as an interface to Sales and Marketing and ensure continuous improvement through coordinated optimization measures.
• This includes MVP process improvement in quality and efficiency as well as MVP development of additional fields of application for marketing and sales.
• Last but not least, your tasks will include the development of future lead management as well as the definition of processes and the corresponding organizational structure.

What you bring

• You have strong organizational and project management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• You will also have the ability to utilize a variety of software and technology tools, including project management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and presentation software.
• You are also comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Your leadership skills include the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
• Fluency in English and German, other languages are desirable.
