As a data management specialist, you are part of the Data Governance team and actively shape the modernization of the data landscape and its use within the ILB. As a generalist, you are at home in all four fields of activity in our department:
data governance, data quality, data architecture and metadata management.
A key role of the team is to advise and support data-related plans and projects at the ILB. Your competence is to capture commonalities, topic dependencies and project structures and to relate them to the subject areas of data management. Together with the other experts in our Data Governance team, you will design solution approaches in order to sustainably develop ILB’s data management.

• You will represent the department's four fields of action in a competent and solution-oriented manner in data-related requirements and projects at the ILB.
• You are the first point of contact for the departments when it comes to data and provide advice on topic-related questions and problems.
• Together with the departments, you will analyze current and future data management-related challenges, develop measures and support their implementation.
• Through your internal network, you maintain an overview and bring relevant, cross-departmental project and requirements topics from within the company to the Data Governance specialist team.
• You analyze, design and optimize efficient solution approaches and specifications on data management for the ILB.
• As a technical generalist in data management, you will stay up-to-date in all four areas of activity in the department and competently represent your colleagues in the event of absence.

• Sound practical knowledge of the complexity of a modern company process and data world, including the connections to data management topics
• In-depth experience in the areas of data governance, data quality, data architecture and metadata management and their networking
• Ability and enthusiasm for analyzing data processes and requirements as well as deriving process optimization
• Communicative team personality and enjoyment of cross-departmental, proactive, interdisciplinary exchange
• A completed degree or training (with relevant professional experience) in the field of (business) computer science, process management/organization or economics/banking/finance is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, decision-making ability and a high level of quality and risk awareness
