Tasks and responsibilities (Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and will have a passion for sales and technology. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in Germany, promoting our industrial computer and embedded solutions, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities (Hauptaufgaben):

  1. Sales Development (Vertriebsentwicklung): Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Euro market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

  2. Client Relationship Management (Kundenbeziehungsmanagement): Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements, provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Market Analysis (Marktanalyse): Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth.

  4. Product Promotion (Produktförderung): Effectively promote our industrial computer and embedded solutions to key stakeholders, including engineers, IT professionals, and decision-makers in various industries such as manufacturing, automation, transportation, and healthcare.

  5. Collaboration (Zusammenarbeit): Work closely with colleagues in the Taiwan headquarters, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

  6. Reporting (Berichterstattung): Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, detailing sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in Germany without sponsorship, especially adhere to local Hessen state labor laws regarding residency status or work visas. Muss in Deutschland ohne Sponsorship arbeiten können, insbesondere Einhaltung der hessischen Arbeitsgesetze zum Aufenthaltsstatus oder Arbeitsvisa.

  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fließend Deutsch und Englisch mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the technology or industrial sectors. Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Technologie- oder Industriebereich.
