Your Role

• Apply your deep knowledge in machine learning to develop systems that make real-time decisions regarding materials based on sensor data and images

• Initiate and manage cooperative research projects

• Network with internal and external partners who contribute technological expertise and application knowledge

• Provide technical guidance to students and colleagues.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree or PhD focusing on Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Chemometrics or a related field

• Chemometrics or deep learning for spectral modelling

• Sensor fusion, ideally on different modality sensors

• Real-time AI models on embedded systems

• Excellent communication skills, an initiative-taking attitude, high independence, and the willingness to work in an inter-disciplinary team
